Exhaust is rusting on both backboxes, and the baffles are gone in the middle section. It's just gone through the MOT as an advisory but it needs doing soon ish. Caliper pin was seized and the car failed the MOT on brake imbalance until it was sorted.

I've had mine 11 weeks. 2 x Lambdas Coolant Temp Sender Thermostat Caliper Pin/brake clean up. Also it needs an exhaust (possibly mounts, although previous owner said they'll only break anyway...), and the battery is under suspicion. I'm mildly disappointed.

I'm hoping not caliper issues as I imagine that could get expensive... How would pads get contaminated? Is that a common issue? The tester said something about a slider possibly needing cleaning or a new kit, I know nothing about brakes, would this seem likely? I'm just praying it's going...
