I paid around £120 (inc vat) for my dephaser pulley when i had it replaced at my cambelt change.
I paid £620 for cambelt, aux belt and tensioners to be changed as well as the dephaser pulley as well as having my inlets and braided lines fitted (inc a fluid change)
I take it your going to a garage to have the clutch fitted and not doing it yourself. If so the best thing you could do is phone several garages for a price. As its a non sport its a pretty bog standard job that any garage should be able to do.
