Easy swap. Like danny said end housings. No need to change the manifold, just change the throttle body (it will fit). VVT never came on clio unill clio 3 in 06. It was on 2003 megane 2 and scenic 2 though.
There is a priming bulb under the bonnet to draw the fuel from the tank to the filter. Its next to the coolant bottle. Pump that a few times and check the pipe im talking about for leaks.
It only takes a small hole in a fuel pipe to let air into the system and stop it from starting.
If it is a non start problem, check the corigated fuel pipe down behind the drivers headlight for leaks. Its common for rubbing through on a wiring loom.
The heat exchange on the side of the head. It carries oil aswell as coolant. If its the plastic type, the rubber seal fails and the plastic bows. It also houses the thermostat in the plastic type.
In my years iv never seen one leak oil. Alot of the time people mis diagnose it as the rocker cover or the heat exchanger plate on the side of the head leaking.
Is it metal or plastic?
My bad, its not the throttle body ( teach me for not watching the video!) Sounds like it might be the headlight adjuster. What is the headlight beam doing when the noise is there?
The horn live can break in behind the airbag on these. Iv seen a few do it, remove the airbag and have a look. Sometimes theres enough length on the wire to repair it.
