Circlip holding the diff gets welded to the "housing" to prevent the diff from popping out. Only ph1s and early ph2s should have the circlip'd diff, later ones got a bolted one.
Agency Transmission should be able to do this without damaging your box...
1) Open loop should only ignore the lambda-signal. Treshold for open loop should be 4800 rpm at light load or heavy load.
2) Dephaser is activated from 1800 rpm to 6500 rpm.
3) dunno!
1st problem: clutch release bearing or main shaft bearing gone
2nd problem: probably syncros on the way out.
To solve issue 1 you need to take the gearbox apart, may get a rebuild aswell then.
General CS advice: Compbrake top mounts are w**k! They tend to knock. Often don't fit properly and are a pain to remove due to seizing etc. Better get some Ktec, AST, MF or pure motorsports ones.
Nonsense! You will have a much higher fluid pressure in the brake system when applying the brakes by foot than by pushing the pistons back in. You may damage the main cylinder seals by bleeding the brakes with the pedal instead of using a bleeding-machine but that applies to older cars and is a...
