First of all: Does your 182 have the cup suspension package (anthra wheels from factory) as this will limit your choice in coilovers/sport shocks.

The ABS system will love different wheel diameters on front and rear axle...

If you want to mess with the cat, I´d go for a 182 manifold and sports cat. Otherwise it could be easier to get a 172 sports cat instead of modifying a 182 item.

Try Wests renault on here. Car won´t be driveable until programming due to the immobiliser iirc.

That makes sense as your car is a ph1. There should be a tensioner pulley for the PAS-belt which gets detensioned by "turning" it with an allen key.

No way the alternator belt sits between cambelt and engine. Does your Clio have a hydraulic PAS or AC?

Can´t you get a new rod from pure-motorsports and fit it? Renault dealerships can be quite useless here... Wait, just had a look at the kit. Is the rod itself damaged or just a fixing bolt? Could you get a picture up?

To tighten the belt, you would need a new adjuster rod from pure motorsport or going back to standard/cup setup. btw: Where are you based in Germany?

Non-sports don´t have dephasers.

In the worst case, the car will have a bent rear axle or wishbone. But these kind of problems should get detected with a wheel alignment check.

Probably a problem with the rear loom/mass.

My 172 ph2 had a ph1 shaft which unfortunately gave up. Should fit, but i guess they changed the shaft design for a reason...

The left shaft looks like a ph1 item. Ph2s have equal length shafts (with mounting bracket on the rear of the block).

Full geometry check/alignment.

I´d say from my experience that 7x16 ET35 is the maximum on a non sport.

Picture of wheels? Could be the wheels preventing a good airflow due to poor design etc.

Doy ou have the ABS/ESP module for the RSTuner? If the lights come on, there must be a fault code stored in the ECU.

Wazza182 has them fitted in combination with a RS2 inlet and got decent gains. These cams are modified 421s to make them suitable to OEM ECU application iirc.
