No. Never. You'll have all the correct fixings if you purchased the genuine head gasket set. If not, the fixings are nearly £30 on their own.
A decent 3/8th socket will do the head bolts, I only ever use 3/8th other than for hub nuts.
You don't have to do anything with the suspension other than disconnect the ball Joint.
You need to drain the box oil as the NSF driveshaft is inside the gearbox.
Don't reuse them anymore, apparently there was a TSB saying they must be replaced now, I do it every time. Personally I've never reprimed lifters, just wound it over on the starter with no plugs for a few seconds.
Yes that's a thing of these engines, you rotate the belt without the cams etc to...
They aren't OEM at £69. They will be pattern parts, and trust me, every single car I've seen using pattern valves, one has failed. OEM parts are pretty much the same price as supertechs.
New gaskets. Always.
You can reuse the head bolts, but they have to be within tolerance.
New cambelt kit...
Yes, give them an oil with some engine oil.
Yes remove the valves, wiggle the valve in the guide, there shouldn't be any play.
Engine dynamics are a reputable firm for valves, I don't know if they'll sell just inlets however, but the set is cheap enough if you go for the stainless exhausts.
