What comparison site are those quotes from ? they look well off to me... Even with your age the 1.2 quote looks far too expensive to me, but the quote for the 172 looks way too cheap, especially compared to the 1.2 ! As said above you really need to check by ringing. I'm 26 with 5 years NCB...

Had it done, unsure as to cost as I had some other work done at the same time and didn't get the bill broke down. Wasn't anywhere near £100 though. Will do me :)

If I boot in first I get what I can only describe as a massive 'bang' noise. It doesn't do it in any other gears though
