Get it sorted soon as possible other wise it will spread and the paint will bubble, Get a quote from a body shop and see how much it is to treat and re-spray it.
Not keen on the color but i like the car :) Never really liked them but they have grown on me. Other day my mates dad flipped his and he didn't have a seat belt on, Died as soon as he hit the tree :(

If i was you i would spray them yourself and get a wheel refurb place to lacquer them cause rattle can lacquer sucks! and buy the time you spend £6 -£9 a can on lacquer a body shop will do all four for £30 maybe less, maybe more ;)
I am looking at getting a crashed damaged ph1 clio 172 and taking all of the front end. engine, sub frame, suspension, brakes, wiring loom, rear axle etc and putting it into my 1.2 ph1 clio. I am a mechanic so all work will be done by myself and i know its not worth the money but i think it is...
Exhaust, induction kit is properly your best bet, but make sure you have a cold air feed to your air filter and you may gain a couple of bhp. Colour coding is the cheapest mod to make your car look sportier or get some lowering springs. ;)
