Does anyone know where I can get a headlight washer ball .. or does anyone have one?? I went to renault today but they want to sell me the whole unit. I only want the ball.
Actually thats a good idea Pete... I hate putting holes or cutting wires on my car. Ive already made some adhesive plates to mount my Basslink without drilling holes. So the plate will stick to the floor and I only need a couple of small holes in the carpet... then with the iso to iso I can...
hi guys and girls... I need a bit of help. I need to splice into my two front speaker wires from the back of my standard head unit. Can anyone tell me which wires are the front speakers and their polarity..
Thanks..
hi peeps.. Ive just bought myself a second hand Infinity Basslink. Well it was an ex-demo. Im going to be hooking it up to the standard head unit for the time being. Thing is... is it worth buying a speaker wire to rca converter to use rca leads... or should I just use the speaker level inputs...
I got my Polk stuff from Berkshire Car sounds in reading http://www.berkshirecarsounds.com/http://www.berkshirecarsounds.com/

I had the same problem with mine... well the juddering at least and then the slipping. It turns out a rear oil seal was leaking. Mill lane Renault in Aldershot didnt hesitate changing it under warrenty, and mines an import. Depends on your miles and age of the car I spose.
I want to add a little bit of bass to the rear of my car are these any good? Im not really interested in amazing sq or big bass... I just want something nice and compact that draws a bit of bass to the back of the car... does anyone have any views on this box...
Well I just emptied the washing machine to find I had washed my plip. It still works but to be safe Ive taken it appart and Im going to leave it in the airing cupboard tonight. They really seem to have done well with the rubber seal in the plip though... it only had a couple of drops of water in it.
You dont need to spend £30 on a multimeter if you dont want to... get a 12v bulb from somewhere... solder a couple of wires onto it... put one to an earth point on the chassis and one on the wire you want to identify... if it lights its positive... if it doesnt its an earth or the circuit isnt...
Has anyone stuck there cliosport sticker on the paintwork? everyone seems to stick them on windows... I was thinking of behind the front wheel somewhere... will they come off with a hairdrier if they look bad?
I find if you use a decent polish and do it really well... you only need a quick misting of detailing spray for many months afterwards... I use S100 products... they seem to last a long time...
Or you can buy some Mer... or wash and wax something like that.. add it to the water when you wash...
So whos got one of K tecs Stealth back boxes then?? and what do you think of it? I really wouldnt mind getting one of these.. I like the hidden away clean look... How loud are they?
I believe its the compressor engaging.. as it isnt engaged all the time... Mine does it... My mates Laguna also does it.. you could even feel a little jolt when moving when it came it... they seem to calm down and become less noticable after a while though... I guess all the belts etc are still...
What type of bulbs do I have in my side repeaters? I was about to order some and its dark and scary outside so I dont want to go and look.
Are they the 501 5watt capless type?
