well fuel does absorb moisture after a while... but I usually find it I try to start up after shutting off for a little while because the fuel had evaporated out of the cylinders so all of the fuel system and injectors need to prime up before the car is going to fire... nothing to worry about...

Hi all... just a couple of questions... I want to fit new speakers in the front of my Mk2 172... thing is I like that the original head unit is nice and neat and matches the dash.I understand I wont get great quality sound out of this..
So my question is... if I just upgrade the front...
only polish with straight strokes from the front of the car to the back.Its the polishing and washing in circles that makes the swirl marks.Also you may be using too much polish.If it goes on heavy it will leave a swirl of uneven polish

Ok well here are the results after just a couple of hours work (inc washing) its a little hard to tell how glossy silver is but it really is shiney... up close and feels glass smooth too...
