Picking up a 182 saturday
Had rota grids on my old non sport and my 172 cup and was wondering if the new rota grid drifts 16x8 et10 would fit and not sacrifice the handling
if not would 15x8 et0 grid v's fit anyway better ?
i know you may have to run camber shims , would 1 degree rear...
240 bhp would cost alot if its even possible with out spending stupid cash , i know Daz's cup runs 231bhp you would need , forged bottom end , cams , itbs , decent headwork , megane bottom pulley and a standalone Ecu probally 4k +
i do respond ? , having more problems now i wrote the rst file onto the ecu then tried to write the cal file and it loaded all the way to the end then wouldent finish and came up with an error , then tried re-loading the standard map cal file which worked then the car wouldent start ...
Hi everyone my rstuner wont let me upload the pops and bangs map to my 172 cup , as soon as click write cal. It pops up with ecu software version 6400 doesnt match up with file software version 6500. Does anyone know what i need to do / download to allow me to upload the map , ive emailed henk...

Just wondering who has aero-catched their bonnet in four places to allow the bonnet to come right off ?
as im planning to do so just for the fact that the car will be getting itb'd soon and it makes it easier to work on with the extra space and light that can get in

If you really want to do the conversion just find a doner car , remove the whole front end running gear and all the wiring and re-fit to the non sport , but i would highly recommend you change the clutch , cambelt , dephaser and have the engine and gearbox checked over by a specialist or else...
Running the charger conversion at a lower boost , lets say to produce a peak of 230 bhp surely the f4r engine and jc5 box will be able to cope with this power for a reasonable amount of time ?
As above i can get my hands on an itb set up with jenvey bodies and the ktec Gen90 Ecu set up for around £1750 and run between 195 and 200 bhp and have a much improved torque and power delivery or just get matched inlets and an rstuner and have a power figure around 175bhp and a slight...
