I noticed an nice increase in torque (feels a lot nicer to drive low down in the rev range) and a slight power increase coupled with the fact the limiter is 400rpm higher now, so you can go further in each gear.....
137bhp standard.
Mine did have k-tec full zorst & de-cat rrd at 144.7bhp
Its now got pbv, viper IK and stage 1 chip. Its getting rrd on tuesday, reckon should be around 155+ bhp.
Ive got the exact same mods, and its getting power run next tuesday which Im expecting (realistically) 155-160bhp, so Id assume the willy would be a good 170ish......

They do -50mm springs.
Me and John (night.icon) both have them on our valvers, along with Koni adjustable shocks which give a great ride.
A litre sounds a lot every 1000-1200miles (even if it is within Renaults acceptable limits) but obviously its using a fair bit more now.
My valver only uses about 250ml / 1K miles.
If you put the heater on full, and turn the fan on, itll never overheat. I had to do this sometimes when my fan packed up.
No idea about fitting it..... (I left that for my mate to worry about hehe!)
Put the 6x9s on the parcel shelf, and maybe think about some slightly better speakers for the front.
How much you willing to spend, will decide how good your system will be.....
