i don't think you'll find any aftermarket cams that will run on a standard ecu without a remap. i believe 421's may run with a remap(idle will be lumpy), but 428's are better on a remap as not as wild. i believe the main restriction is the electric throttle and as yours is a ph-quick you don't...
Same brace as mine, but from k-tec. and i did the same with the bolts too after the self tappers pulled out!
where did you get the h&r bolts from and how much? do they make the handling any better / stop inside shoulder tyre wear on a lowered RS?

cool. you wimp - lol - my paddle clutch is ok in the town, just have to leave big gaps to 'jump into' when the clutch bites! lol

i'll vouch for that too. use the front subframe, where it mounts to the body at the back where the axle joins the body if you can. the rear beam isn't the best place as it's used as a anti rollbar and is designed to twist(the antirollbar is inside it)
do a search for GDI, it'll show up.
But anway, it's got jenvey itb's, catcam 422's, gasflowed head, 12.6:1 pistons, forged rods, omex 600, s/s exhaust. was tuned at 233 bhp.
Now has 182 manifold, cat bypass, tuned length exhaust, PAS deleted, Paddle clutch. not been back to tune till i get the...
