liverpool vic dont mind about mods as long as the cc of the engine doesnt increase -FACT! i renewed on friday and re-iterated this to them and they confiremed that they still operate based on this, they dont want pics or a list of the mods and the operator said if you happened to crash let us...
faster cars combined with younger inexperienced drivers (im not aiming this at you tom) i.e 2 year max experience == bigger chance of crashing, whats the first thing they are gunna do? "lets see what this thing can do" you know what i mean?
i think it would mate, but then again if your used to the valver and feel you could handle a bigger car without wrapping it then go for it!...i thought yours was up for sale neway?
yeah confused are good, youll probalby find that churchill keeps coming back with cheap quotes which led me to go to their site directly for future quotes only to be told they dont cover for mods! my clios been lowered, tints, alloys, backbox etc and they would only coverme for the alloys
nice car dannyt, nope i havent seen your valver and i cant remeber seeing your old on (RT?) i know of 3 valvers in the area two of em are red with 17s the others standard n dropped on its arse, you sticking with 15s?
got my renewal through this year from liv vic, they dropped it to £830 from £1100 last year, got a quote from HIC all mods declared, trackday cover (if i will use it) etc for £753 in my name by the way.
I needed to change as well as im not convinced by Liv Vic when they say mods dont matter...
thanks james i must have missed that on their site! cheers, does ne one kno if you need to pay a deposit 1st or is it just the annual premium/12 +credit charge?
changing the radio affects insurance ! so yeah you need to tell em every last detail or you could find your self un insured WHEN it comes to claim time. imo a rsi is too fast for a first time driver (which im assuming as your 17)
