As above really, I wouldn't waste the money. For the money you'd spend buying the kit and getting it sprayed etc you could easily buy a 172. Better off either not bothering or getting one already done.
sennheiser hd595's, I paid roughly £120 for mine from richer sounds. When connected to a decent source they are brilliant though. No regrets about buying them - and extremely comfy.
get rid of the fly by wire, and get rid of the cat :)
black wheels imo
and bmc cda sound pretty awesome :) i lost power because i couldn't be bothered to sort a cold air feed out though.
nice one guys, i'll leave it be for the time being, its usually never an issue but ive had to do a fair bit of travelling and gettin stuck in traffic is usually the norm nowadays.
i'll put the money towards getting my new engine mounts as they are pretty shagged.
21 had my 172, 23 got my 197. Insurance was reasonable, 172 was 600 quid fc, 197 is 700. 197 is more purely because some clown drove into my car and blamed me for it, had to settle for a 50/50.
Hmm so a new pressure plate then? not really good on the mechanics of a clutch.

Cheers for the help peeps
I was stuck in traffic this morning (surprise :dead:) and after about an hour of creeping forward 2 yards every 30 seconds, my clutch pedal went rock hard. When i finally went to change out of first gear the car would lurch on gear changes and then would refuse to accelerate - instead just rev...
mine is now on 43000 and it drives better now than when I bought it at 38k. I think the previous owner didn't really drive it how its intended to be driven. When I picked it up it had 32mpg on the trip computer... lol.
When I bought it i was disappointed, I really did miss my 172. The...
This sounds exactly like what mine was like. I bought the car, the brakes were s**t, so I took it to Fred and low and behold the pads were welded to the calipers.
Could definitely do with a getting a second opinion from someone in the know before you commit to anything thats going to cost you...
I drove a corsa vxr before I bought my 197. It was s**t. On boost the power was so smoothly delivered I nearly fell asleep. The car rolled all over the shop as well.
Only faults I've had are my door handles pretty much dropping off and my brake pads being seized to my calipers (scary). Fred...
lols nah was me :) i clocked you by the aston martin garage, thought i'd try and catch up. Both cars looked nice. Fully expected you to both be nailing it down there tbh.
