hi rob, well alot of people get 16" and lower 40mm on springs but coilovers are the best but alot of money if u just want it to be low. 17" will fit fine aslong as you get the right offset then maybe u could get a nice exhaust and filter for sound? also a 172 Cup spoiler looks nice not too OTT...

ITG are quit slow! iv got loads of MAXOGENs on orderat the moment its been a while!! but im sure they will be perfect! + there hand made. but ur panel filter should have been quicker then that.

whats a 4 cylinder car got to do with it??? all exhausts are for show realy as u can just have a standard "look" exahust but with performance internals?? i like the single but i wanted somthing diff.. but thats alot every1 for ur ideas i shall see what il do in the next 2 weeks!!

ok thanks well i was runin 30/30 realy i havnt checked its just the they look low at the front! so before i go an check at the garage i wanted to know whats the best for all round grip safty/stopping ect: may stick with 30/30?

luv that white needs a "CUP" spoiler tho to even the back up with the bumper (if u know what i meen) nice tho at least it looks "mean" i thnk the vent at the front wings help!

yep decat + a good airfilter- on budget (itg panel or maxogen) then u have a nice few mods to help the car an sound wicked!.

yep i went last year in my escort turbo now with the 172 cup!

i got 41.3mpg 370miles doing 70-80mph £40 to FCS was the best iv ever got! im doing 38.1 at the mo tho...
