Just buy a second hand pump off another member it's a straight swap aux belt off remove alternator & tensioner pully to gain access as danny says easier with bumper off I'd just replace aux belt if the pully hasn't long been done. If your mechaniclly minded it should take 3hrs tops.

That noise usually comes from the bottom idler on the aux belt did the guy just replace the belt or did he put a full kit on it?

The relay affects all side lights sorry if I wasn't clear brake lights n indicators will be fine.

If it's all your rear lights front side lights & dash its a loose relay under passenger side of the dash right against bulk head just get under with a torch n push them all back in n that'll sort it.
