Probably unrelated to previous problem you need to get it plugged in to diagnostic machine see what codes are showing most likely a lambda sensor playing up.

I've had this before earth that bolts at the right hand side of the gearbox as your looking in the engine bay above passenger side driveshaft make sure you have tightened it as it causes all kinds of probs.
13mm bolt below left of glovebox then pull the fuse box cover off a couple of torx screws a torch is a big help relays are attached to the rear of the uch try n do it without removing uch some nice upside down on your back not good.

Take the clocks out lift the edge of the facia black sparky tape under the facia if serv light also on you need to remove needles pm me I'll explain or ring me 07814953892
Is the rubber seal fitted on the bottom of the upper inlet manifold egg shaped seal you'll need to lift it to check I'll bet it's fell out or the inlet is not sitting correctly on top of the engine.
Well mate your wiring looks right all I noticed on your pic is the Black between the green & orange is sitting low as though its not plugged in fully.
Couple of other things to check TDC sensor on top of gearbox although that wouldn't stop it turning over.

The fuse holder right hand side of engine bay would have needed rejoining as it splits when fuses are removed load a photo as these could be slotted back together wrong need photos of the side so to check the colours of the fuse holders are in correct order memrory a double green a white and a...
