I'm wanting to lower my 172 cup but not sure what springs are best to get (can't afford coilovers atm! :() Pictures of what springs and how much they are lowerd by would be awesome... Doesn't have to be a cup just need some ideas! Cheers ✌

We have had 2 letters in the post. One for my car and one for the missus.... her letter ( recieved a month ago) says its all free of charge and mine ( received today!) says checked for free and a charge of up to £95 to have it replaced. That's hardly fair!!!

Don't suppose either of you know how many gaskets I would need if I'm replacing upper and lower inlet?

Has anyone done this before and replaced the gaskets? Just wanted some opinions before I took it apart :)

I've just brought some matched inlets, when I fit them is it worth fitting new gaskets even if they appear ok? also anyone know how many/what gaskets are needed? cheers Stuart..

This kit is well worth buying, as people have said there are loads of posts about this but I have pictures of mine on my cup if anyone is interested in seeing results!

The front of your car will look so different.. Has to be done! Yeah I'm not keen on the wheels tbh. I have some white team dynamics wheels in the garage.. Might try those. 17's again tho I think

Also... Does anyone know where is best to get the 172 cup door badge from? The 2 has broken on passenger side so I only need 1 :)

I got mine from eBay and think its about £ 18. One kit is enough for 2 headlights and I have to say the results are impressive. They look brand new!

I have had the cup for a few months now and it's still pretty much as I brought it. As with a lot of the clios the headlights look terrible so I decided to try the 3m kit... Very very happy with the results! I have some before and after pictures and just a few others I took today. Pictures...

K tec were the ones I was looking at tbh.. What sort of price we talking for those? Looks nice as well mate how much is that lowerd by?

No real budget tbh just trying to see what's looks good and get an idea on prices..

Hi all, headlights and fog lights are working fine and all rear lights but no front side lights. I have tried new bulbs in both and checked fuses but still not working. :( Any ideas? Cheers

Are there any other factors that could affect the power to the lights?
