as title i only want a 3 inch inward rolled subtle exhaust, anyone got any ideas on which manafacturer as i cant find one that does an 3" inward rolled pipe!?
i know this may sound stupid as you have given us no details on the syptoms of it not starting, but the most common thing on here seems to be the TDC sensor, might be worth having a look at it and giving it a clean, then seeing if its ok ;)
is it intermittently strating or just refusing full...
holy s**t that is one ugly mofo!!
it looks good in the pics on k-tec but my god it looks w**k once fitted.
i spoke to k-tec and they're developing a mid section so that their 172 stealth will fit the 1.6 16v, wonder how long that will take
i have;
mk2 ph1 rear lights
Dtm mirrors, in black, need priming and spraying
2 oz f1's 1 in ok condition with ok tyre and one which is buckled but with a good tyre
x4 taurus alloys taken from my 1.6
dont want to spend that sort of money when i may be selling up next year mate. just want something that sounds and looks nice.
i like stealth but not for the money it costs lol.
i think the sebring box from k-tec will look pretty good tbh, plus mark is fitting it for me so i'll get it just...
ok thats cool, im not looking at spending loads on it, just want a nice note.
what do you think of the one above? i had my old one cut into the bumper but the weight of the box made it sag down, does anyone know how to get around this? dont want my next one doing the same.
need some help and advice on what to get for my car.
im thinking either cat back or just backbox, which will see the better increase? or both the same?
i dont want a stupidly loud exhaust just one with a nice note when revved high. will doing just the backbox see anymore gains?
do any of...
phew!!!
think i have sorted it! had a poke around in the boot and after drying and cleaning everything i found that one of the bolts holding the rear seats in was loose.
took off the protective plastic cover that runs the width of the boot and then jacked her up, sprayed some wd40 to the...
cheers sarah, will do that :)
andy rust has been there a little bit since i owned it, but only a little on the rear beam. i'll find the leak then clean her all up :)
i wasn't looking at buying pmsl just thought to myself "there's no way they are 16's" lol
just typed in clio 1.6 to look for things for my car and it popped up with the results.
no its not the lights.
ollie, mines a mk2 ph1 and has the aerial up front.
i think it looks like it may be coming in from around the bolts that hold the rear beam in place but i dont know how the water could come through there?
Just clean the TDC sensor, thats all i did as it was caked in crap then refit it. save yourself the money and clean it first ;)
there's a guide on here if you do a search :)
i have noticed that i have water in my boot.
now the water isn't in the wheel well or anywhere under the boot floor, but its all along the rear beam that holds the rear seats bolted down. i think this was the cause of shorting my amp out and damaging it. i have taken that out etc but i really...
