Use axle stands and you can do both sides at the same time. Use the jack on the rear beam to lower it slowly once the shock bolts are undone.

yeah, its called grey. I did loads of bits for my 182 and you couldn't tell the colour difference. Don't get the shitty ebay stuff though. It's fake and it WILL fade over time.

Recommending a rotary to a novice? I would say a DA machine would be much better suited to a novice, and the rotary for someone with experience. Chances of burning through paint with a rotary is high!
