you can leave it in but it takes 10 secs to remove, and it will create turbulence in the air flow, advise you to remove the bracket holding the horns, then remove the valve, then fix bracket back on, tape a screw inside the vacumm hose coming of the valve to level out idle. then id get some air...
i did a little bit of tapping with a hammer to get my omp in ther more snug, to make this easyer loosen the ajuster nut before you screw in th bolts, if you try to extend the brace without it screwed down it pushes itself up! quite anoying.

pannel filter, remove acustic valve, fit new CAF's to the standard box, dont look good, looks standard, but only cost 30 quid and prob gains power instead of looses any, which is rare for a IK on the RS clios, i yeh and save yourself 350quid that you could spend on somthing more worth while...
thats the one, also a flamer with big alloys (wolf race i thinks) is going round stoke with 2L inside stickers on it and yes! once again, black plastic side strips. this has to stop, if ya cant afford a RS then stile your clio how ya like it, thats what i say, instead of putting stickers on it...

keep seing a silver clio with massiff stickers down the side saying clio cup, noticed it didnt have the 172 CC side strips and a sunroof! this was ps2 as well, do they do a 172 ps2 with sun roof or is it a fake!
iv removed th valve, replaced the CAFs and ktec pannel filter, bit more grunt lower down the revs but nothing to make u cream your pants, but if you have 30 quid for the filter and half an hour on a sunny day, might as well ay?
