With the cobra plip alarm I fitted to my old 1.6 you had a PIN and a button to enter the pin should the battery in the key go flat, you opened the door with the key alarm went off you put the code in and the alarm stopped. Obviously its a similar alarm in the 172 but theres no way (I can see)...

Want to change the spark plugs on my 172, obviously you have to remove the upper plenham to get to them right? Do you need a new gasket between the upper and lower manifold branches when you remove/refit it?

Looking at replacing the standard exhaust on the 172 with a prospeed number and just want to see what tailpipes people have. Not sure whether to go stealth or cut into the bumper etc. Cheers :)

Want the 172 sorting as the tracking is ever so slighty off not enough to bother most people must only be a few degrees out on the wheel to go straight and the tyres are even but it'll wind me up over time. Anywhere to reccommend rather than the local tyre place? Only 15 miles from hillpower if...

My battery has finally started going rapidly downhill after the winter starting to kill it so its definetly time to change it. The oem renault sealed for life battery doesn't have a amphour rating on it so i'm wondering what rating i'm after? Anyone know?

Everytime I turn the AC on it'll blow fuse F3. Can't really find any information on the relay side of it so I can test through so i'm after any ideas anyone may have?

Anyone got one? I've got problems with it blowing a fuse everytime the AC is switched on, and according to the haynes manual the fuse in question feeds the heater control panel and AC relay. And i've got a clicking relay in the engine fusebox so I need to know what it is. BrianR posted me one...
