Was you driving in any rain this morning? drove through any puddles? My 1.2 has been doing the exact same thing, getting it diagnosed today to see what the problem is, I can tell you whats wrong later on if that would be any help then?
So I have bought a ph2 mk2 clio for fairly cheap, as i needed a car after losing my last one. the central locking fob on the key is broke so I have to open the doors by key but I cant access my boot.
the engine management light comes on and the electrical fault light comes on in the rain, losing...
Wouldnt bother if I was you mate, I went to this place last week and they're all s**t the cars that are there. Yoou'd be better off looking around a bit more.
With my write off being a 1.5 diesel, I wasn't exactly going to get insured on a 2L very easily so the grey Clio just had to do me a little while and then possibly get a better car, but for now the car is a car, better to have a car than not have one at all, might not be everyone's fancy but...
I'm not denying crashing and yeah I was going a bit fast but what I'm trying to say is that I wasn't flooring it like some people here seem to think I was doing,
I'm not exactly sure what it is and I don't know what I should do about it, I've recently just bought a second hand 1.2 mk2 ph2 Clio from a small car sales, and today the car kept stalling on me, I would have the clutch down but I'm gear and it stalled, and then a symbol with like a box and a...
I understand what people are saying but I don't feel like I need to basically how it has come across to me to relearn to drive,Just be a bit more cautious about my driving which I have been already.
I don't get why so many people are getting pissed at this and raging, it's not what this is about though is it , it's just an accident at the end of the day and these things happen, most new drivers do crash their cars and it's a learning point from there, as a new driver you do get a bit cocky...
I'm not arsed about what people think, they can be mad at whatever, they can act as if they are such good drivers and think their tyres are sick and won't have a problem, but you never know it's not just good tyres that will keep you on your wheels, anything can make you lose control of your...
I was only going about 40 but lots of rain and it being sunny aswell was a bad side I didn't really think off and i did only have standard tyres which were all different which wouldn't have helped
Haha I know, and yeah I think first thing I'm getting sorted is the turini's on some low profile tyres, the ones on my write off were all different tyres.
I've bought a new clio, just a 1.2 for now and got it for next to nothing, the only problem I have with it is that the fob on the key is broke, there isnt the plastic button there either, does anybody have any idea how I could fix this? at the moment its just a piece of rubber which looks like...
It wasn't like I was proper going for it full on speeding, it was just a freak accident that happens to people from time to time, I can drive well and you're welcome about your insurance, hasn't done anything to mine.
So I had a terrible accident and had to write off my pride and joy, skidded out on a wet corner not far from my house and ended up hitting a lamp post on the right side of the pavement and skidded out sideways, drivers side door into another lamp post and it made my car flip, spin a couple times...
