Had to drop out, sorry Sean. Would have loved to try and get down. Even asked other people to take my car but people weren't up for the massive round trip from Sunderland to Dorset
If you have a car with air con I think there's a black panel that will be a different colour to your car (unless you have a black car lol). It's around the air con pipes
I have just bought a samco induction elbow for my PH1, it fits onto the plenum and the filter fine, but I can't fit it onto the breather. It is the right shape but the hose is too small to fit onto the breather.
Someone mentioned that you had to do a modification to fit it onto a PH1, does...
The machine won't be picking up any pressure so it won't pump it up. Some machines have a flat tyre button on it that you can use.
If you've driven far on a flat tyre it can damage the inside, when you pump it up there may be a vibration through the car.
Just take enough off the inlet manifold so you can move the manifold accross a bit then you can get at the plugs mate. You don't have to remove it completely.
And before someone tells me it's not called the inlet manifold I'll warn you now that I couldn't give a sh1t
How do you remove this from a mk2 ph2? It's just the part that surrounds the radio/time/temp display. Do I have to take the top half of the dash off or can it be removed alone.
Yeah but that's a real car lol.
I normally expect an average of about 38 mpg with my usual cautious driving on mixed roads. If you put your foot down expect to see it drop dramatically though.
