iirc Side Walks came with a 1275 & only 1000 made for the UK.

Apparently, the code for the Milltek adapter is F5037, hard to find a second hand one. best bet, give Milltek a ring.

Need a new one or try and find a replacement optical unit & swap it over so you keep the same radio code.
