its a breather and expansion tank in case fuel does work its way up the breather to the filler , i'll sort you a photo how I did mine , I still have the breather pipe and have no issues filling it up , I just cut out the expansion tank and run a pipe up
my photo's are of a sadev pinion.
Thnking on it , SWR did say that they had to have my crownwheel machined to fir my diff ?? so you could be right in saying others will fit , as they must have had one like the Bacci one that has no cutouts in the centre like the sadev one
Got the gearbox back yesterday , another £1900 bill ! and thats with a second hand CW&P .
The ratio in mine is 15/61 , took some pics of the damaged parts , they say 4th gear broke a tooth off and dropped into the CW&P which is anoying as 4th gear was renewed last year when I had the box done ...
I'll be doing the Harry Flatters rally in Epynt July 28th , and then the Mewla about a month later , can't be arsed with any single venue stuff , i'm thinking of doing Wexford in Ireland in Sept , and am undecided at the mo if i'm out on Rally GB in my Golf
I can't go any lower top end otherwise I'll be on the limiter to much , and the next ratio down is not available either , I still have the original CW&P in the workshop as a last resort.
I'll ask for the broken one back and see if I can get them copied , maybe I can get a few made and sell some...
Phoned them today to be told the CW&P is not available ! they will only make them if they get 6 orders for them , sadev have told SWR that they have a good second hand one so i'm having that sent over , its either that or go back to the original race car one but don't really want to do that ...

I think all gearbox's have there limits , these are no different , the ST75 included , the guy on here who just fitted one broke his before testing it , at least I got a few events out of mine .

Spoke to SWR yesterday and 4th gear has chipped a tooth that went into the CW&P and fooked that up as well , the CW&P are made to order apparently now so will take 2 weeks to get one , I have an entry in a rally 2 weeks sunday so might not make it , so another couple of grand to spend on it lol !

We have been sent some Impreza Brembo calipers to refurb and someone has had a go at drilling a bleed nipple out and totally fcuked it up drilling it off centre and destroying the seat , so he picked up one of these off ebay , we will be fiitting the insert into the caliper by machining a 12 mm...
What did you put nipple wise in the calipers in the end , there is no reason I can think of that would cause them to leak , mine on the rally car will seep slightly when we get them very very hot on certain rallies , but a nip up on the bleed nipple when they are hot stops it.

Box was removed from the car last week and I have shipped it to SWR today so should find out in the next few days what's wrong with it , get it fixed and back in ready for my next rally in 4 weeks time.

Your calipers are done , problem is no couriers today or monday , so can't send them out until tuesday , unless you want to pick them up to speed things up so you can put it back together
