Quick update on this. Ran around in it for the past week. Only problem we had was a charging problem that turned out to be a bad connection. Sorted.

I quite like the Mk1 engines. I found swapping them in and out to be a bit easier than the MK2 engine we swapped out the other day.

Another Good write up there John. Not much I can add really. I'm made up with the car. Dives nicely and looks lovely. Got a few things planned out for her but nothing will be happening for a bit as I'm still focusing on selling my 2 golfs. A few of the fancy bits will be moving home in the near...
Some team we are. I'm over the moon with my new car. Since having to sell 534 to be able to afford the cot, baby stuff etc, I'm delighted to have one back again. Can't thank John enough for doing all this for me, over the moon. :)
Done a few bits and bobs to this since taking ownership of it.
Removed the Fcs stickers
Gave it a wash on sat and took a few pics with Johns 72.
And added my custom Boaby tapp'd sticker.
As you can see i've now put the front bumper from Project Chav onto it as it's not cracked...
