Test fitted my brembos and tessa brackets , need to get a set of brembo discs.

The car didnt have a handbrake fitted and the studs had been removed which holds the handbrake lever so i have had to sort this and fit a set of cables and set it up for 4 clicks. Also fitted a pedal as the engine that was i previously was 249bhp on throttle bodies so cable pedal.

Funny enough the seats are back out now and in the house 😂😂

Need some time work really to get this built , i am waiting on some parts from powder coaters ! Unfortunately they take forever to do anything. Engine and gaearbox will fitted as soon my gearbox mounts are ready.

New brembo discs fitted , i had these in the shed gathering dusk.

I cant see any markings anywhere so they possibly arent brembos , they came with my rb clio years ago

Do brembo hc discs have any markings on them to identify them ? Have a set of discs on my iceberf but unsure what they are . Also who is selling these discs cheapest ?

Yes i dont want to be spending to much , i have KW V2's on my red car but they feel abit soft for track thats why i was thinking maybe i get some BC Racing for the red car . What springs are you running and have you got the bc solid top mounts ?

Fitted passeger bucket seat but will need adjusting for cage as these were set for my iceberg.

Connected rear brake lines up and fitted the handbrake cables , just need to fit handbrake now .

They split up but you will need to sort some fixing points buddy

Rob thanks for the update , totally agree like most things we buy massively overpriced . If they appear to be holding up and offer a better solution to the poweflex maybe i go with these. Car is going to be a fast road set up with no interior just seats and a half cage

Not alot done on saturday , so bloody cold ! Cleaned two gearboxes and engine ready for paint when its abit warmer !

I need two inserts for the rear backbox hangers. I know poweflex do afew different colour options. Whats peoples preference ,think ive seen red and black insert , is black a hardened version ? Its for my stripped white shell build Cheers

I will have to give welding a nut to it at a later date , never welded or have a welder but would like to have ago 🙃

Pure clio chaos !

Removed the handbrake cables from the iceberg shell with the intention of fitting a handbrake onto this car as it doesnt run one ! Removed Jon foz frames from the iceberg and put them in ready for installation.

Epas steering column connected to rack and fixed in place , need to do the wiring when i install loom.

Master cylinder fitted and lines installed Rear number plate light , boot latch and boot seal fitted.
