You need to get the hot side pipe replaced with a metal one too. The original ones are prone to breaking.

I’m struggling to find the brand to be honest, but they weren’t really expensive ones. Even the cheap ones I tried didn’t throw any errors though.

I upgraded both low and high beam to led just to have both the same. It was worth doing and looked and performed a lot better. However definitely get decent ones because of the beam on some is terrible.

I ran led bulbs in my ph1. With a decent set they were much improved. The problem with the headlight swap from ph2 is you need a custom loom I think, and I’m not sure many people make them anymore. Obviously if you can you could do it yourself.

It’s in Malta. So right hand drive and drive on the left as England do. I doubt it’s a factory car, but looked to be an initiale model judging by the colour and specs.

Spotted today, the colour was beautiful but it had a full 172 body kit on, 182 interior as well and the wheels even looked well spaced. Only thing it didn’t have visually was a 182 style exhaust.

the good thing is it would be safe because the original mounts will (hopefully) have been used. The only problem is the dvla I think have to be notified and stuff in case of accidents.

Yeah looks to have been added on. Bet it says 4 seater on the logbook though?

Potentially added by somebody, it wouldn’t be hard as I’m sure all of the mounting holes would be there. I wanted to do similar to my abarth punto as for some reason they made those 4 seaters instead of 5.

Strangely I’ve not seen any sr or gte’s, all 1.2 swing etc.

I fitted the purple power flex to mine, but I couldn’t deal with the feel of it. I fitted a purple one to my 182 and 172 and was really impressed, but for me on my 200t was too much. I was in talks to get a yellow bush instead but didn’t get round to needing one.

I’m sure the bumpers fit all models, apart from maybe the diffuser fitting, but doubt that would be hard to make fit if the holes aren’t there already. I’ve seen a gt with the rs number before I’m sure, it was a blue one.

@Adey. These are the videos I followed. The guy who did them is really helpful and he’s on the mk4 rs faceache page. It’s frustrating as hell (or it was for me, I failed many times!) but managed it in the end. Well worth an hour of faffing about.

It’s quite easy to code in rs monitor if your good with coding, it’s just a case of a cheap adaptor being plugged onto the back of the screen, and changing the coding. Nice to see the boost pressure and temperatures too.

Don’t do it, the dct gearbox is one of the best features of the Clio rs.

Good progress mate. I too did my gearbox oil but the official line I’m sure is it’s sealed for life and doesn’t need changing. Although the oil isn’t cheap it’s worth doing for peace of mind. Did you use motul dct oil? Cars looking awesome too.

I’ve searched the interwebs and got nothing so I’m turning to the minds of cs. Does anyone know how to remove a rear wiper delete and return to standard please? I’m thinking a thin blade to cut the silicone, but I’m worried I’ll smash the screen. Thanks in advance.
