Yep flaps, mine are also unplugged.
As aucky says, they're only open at certain times otherwise :]
And bloody hell, that C1 did a good job! What was he driving through though to get that dirty, rallying? lol
Yep, rear bootlid is a pain in the arse!
@aucky do you find its dirty within a drive or 2? I think it's because I did the flapper mod. So annoying lol.
Usually they're way way stronger though than the counter-part metals, so while it seems insane, in reality you're safer :)
The key bits will likely still be metal (where the wings are joined etc to allow the same flex they have currently).
Yeah I've never had any issues either, I was doing a panel at a time.
Best bet is to apply to panel, jet wash off, then dry with MF.
That way, it *should* be all gone, hopefully!
Ask him, he may not tell you if he knew there was an issue, but by the sounds of it he may also know what could cause it if he does it for a living.
Imo if you can, get it to a specialist, it'll cost you less in the long run!
I'd put C5 on them, I had them on my Clio wheels and it lasted for over 2 years, not only did they look good but it made cleaning them piss easy!
It's all in the prep though, so expect to put a good few hours into cleaning the surface fully before applying.
Lol yeah exactly! Sadly I don't know of any phone company with good CS, so I just went with the cheapest!
The nice thing imo with GG is the fact it's rolling, and you can cancel it online. No pissing about dialing for customer support and waiting 40mins!
Ahh nice!
I had a similar thing during the port of my number to GiffGaff (for about 12 hours), I could call/text from the new sim, but calls and texts went to my old sim xD
Sounds like you had something similar to that, but it never got fully ported over!
I'm pretty sure you can anyway, there's quite a few results on google (I don't have one but heard you can): http://www.foowebs.com/p107-How-to-use-Plex-with-Google-Chromecast
Yeah exactly, that's awesome! :) Are you able to do requests if we have them? (for a cost obviously)
Sods law I just bought what I needed, but CNC'd would have been PERFECT! If it breaks again (and you can take requests), I'll give you a shout. Here was the item in question...
I'd be interested to see how they are long term, or if they are structurally more solid or weaker than the steel ones.
Not surprised though, we've gone from metals to carbon-fiber for body strength, so it was only a matter of time.
Good good, also just seen you've actually put the RCGroups link in - mybad, didn't see it before (unless it just got added?)
Useful sellers above anyway, just for the UK-based ones (I got mine from JooVuu and it was QUICK!)
There are a LOT of clones, so buying from eBay is not wise.
If we're gonna have a proper thread on it, can we link the real sellers? http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1904559
Aka:
Direct Sellers:China: eletoponline365; digitalele889
Re-sellers:
China: HobbyKing (Hong Kong)...
Hey guys, wondering what wax to get? Found some T1 Carnuba on ebay for like £1.51, so struggling to justify buying anything else as it's just a marketing gimmick.
