funny, it couldnt have won in terms of straight line speed, as my 16v quite happily pulled 2 car lengths to 130mph;), so a 182 should be much quicker

Dave 182, i think the handling thing is down to my own personal taste, im so used to the 16v/williams handling that it seems so much lighter. Obviously with this car the good points outlay the bad points by far and dave i think you spent your money well. :).........i may just think about...

Was intrigued to see what all the fuss was about, so test drove one for half an hour today and was impressed.........sort of.... The looks are good, build quality looked solid (yes strange for renualt), grey alloys looked good and overall was quite impressed from this little pocket rocket...

Yeah i know, although goodwood didnt start back up till 1998 so many people may have lived there before. I was there for the supercar day and i can tell you there were no restrictions for some of the cars for that! Although they did mention it to us drivers about it when we went round the track.

yeah i have 6 points sp30 and sp60 and no change to my policy. Infact Liverpool victoria dont wanna know if you have points, they are just concerned with bans.

williams/16v suspension were designed for Mr Average when they came out of the factory. If you want better performance whack a set of decent shocks/dampers/springs, and your willy/16v suspension will handle even better.

ok the williams has a slightly larger track but if you put a decent of shocks and springs set up on the 16v properly, it will easily match the handling of the williams if not better round a track.

right think i may have sorted this so thanks anyway, bring on the MOT!

Got MOT on Thursday, and cant find my rear seat belt buckles which bolt down into the floor, anyone got a spare set lying around that i can borrow as i know a few of you like me run your clio with interior stripped? Ill pay for postage or if anyone of you sussex people have some avaliable near...
