dont be misled into thinking wacking a set of hard springs will do your suspension any good. To achieve a set up which is at all beneficial you will need to purchase a good set of both shocks and springs which function at the right poundage weight.

Had the 16v for 5 years now! Done just over 60,000 miles in it, and gotta be honest still love it to bits.
Although new car is on the cards this year, however the 16v will be staying.

yeah im good thanks mate, just finishing off uni this week, mk1V6 or S3 is on the cards in the next 6 months all going well, valver is still flying though quicker than its ever been to be honest.
Integra sounds very nice, might be going to the pod on 22 feb weather depending. U up for it?
i may sound a little silly here, but do you have to use a custom gear stick or can still use the original 16v one? Also how much does the part cost? and how many hours labour?

To be honest its difficult to give figures as we all know what renault quality control is like, if its a good one your looking at low 7s to 60 mid 15s 1/4 mile if its a not so good one your looking high 7s 16s 1/4 mile
