Flol! As an example, the Premier inn is t'other end of the Cowley Road. Oxford's nightlife is centered down by the train station, Uni, etc. A 3 mile walk from the Premier inn. :D...

Which airport dude? There's Oxford City, or will it need to be Birmingham, etc? Also, is the plan to taxi into town, as the Premier Inn is basically on a business park on the edge of the city. It'll be a bit of a walk in to find a pub if memory serves me.

For me personally, I still had a good time. It was nice to catch up with folks and meet some new people too. The raffle was a great idea, as was the hog roast. Unfortunately in that situation, you'll never please everyone but I thought a vegetarian option was available too? I suspect those...
