I had that issue too. I ended up biting the bullet and getting a brand new set.

I don't know of any that will take it lower personally. Would've thought custom springs would be the way forward. Are you running uprated dampers though? The original shocks are really only good for 40/45mm lowering really.

Seen it on plenty of bike engines. Too much of it and when the sumps bolted back on it squeezes it inside the sump and then it gets sucked into the oil pickup. BOOM!

Not all of the clio DCI's have them though do they? I know my little 86 doesn't. It seemed to depend on what year it was made as to whether it had a dpf/fap (fap... Snigger)

I know there's a few of us in Banbury, and there's definitely a few in Oxfordshire. It'd be good to get a central meet going up again.
