I've just done the search and your updates haven't been in vain Roy. I'm currently deciding between the super sports or the sport version of the Janspeed. I do a decent amount of motorway and town driving, but also like a blat across the backroads as often as possible! How loud and intrusive...

It is between a Janspeed Sport/Supersport and Yozza I reckon after much reading and adding up the costs! Just how loud are the supersport or Yozza systems compared to a Sport option in everyday use (motorway, city centre, going to Tesco etc?)

They are definitely tempting me. How intrusive is a system like that at say 85mph on the M1 (i.e. what I do way too much of!) I'm after something that makes a decent noise rather than being quiet, but without bleeding ear drums!

Gutting! A mate has a stainless exhaust on his car so hoping he has the standard one somewhere around in his garage! I really just need something to get it through the MOT :)

Is there much difference between the Yozza on a 172 and a 182? I know the systems are a bit different, but would a 172 one give a good idea of what they sound like?

Yep I am thinking the same thing about the Milltek. I really like the sound of the Yozza from what I've heard on youtube vids, but want to hear it in real life first. The only other issue is waiting time to get the Yozza if I went down that route as I can't drive the car until it is repaired :(...

Long shot I know, but my exhaust is knackered and I'd like to hear what either of these systems sound like before getting rid of my hard earned for a new one. I am keen on Yozzasport but have heard the noise is pretty loud and my other issue is that as my car is now an MOT fail, I need a new one...

Mileage is 69k, original exhaust from new. The mechanic I use has a 182 himself and he's the one who told me the cat is also fecked. It has been rattling like crazy for a couple of weeks also.

My 182 is on 69k now and it has had plenty of costly bits over the past few weeks so I bloody hope 70-80k isn't the really costly period :)

The steering wheel, the exhaust breaking, exhaust mount breaking, expensive servicing, rubbish seating position, leaking light washer jets, erratic idle... I've had all these since I bought mine and I still absolutely love it!

I see the OWLS car around all the time. The guy lives round the corner from a mate and the car is virtually identical to mine!
