    Ooooooo The Pain!!!!

Virtually 70k on a 54' 182 here. I've done 10k since the end of April haha! I also have a photo on my phone of 60,000 65,432 and 66,666 - how sad :)

Very different ways to have fun - 182 and MX5!

Haha as per the original post it was £900 with a decent sized dent on the front wing, a couple of serious patches without lacquer or seriously knackered lacquer. However it is mechanically perfect and drives spot on :)

    M3 Nurburgring crash

I enjoyed driving the Ring this year and will go back next year, but I agree that it is all about driving to the conditions. Driving a 182 round there means you're one of the slower guys unless you're a fantastic driver so you'll spend as much time getting out of the way as you will enjoying the...

Very different ways to have fun - 182 and MX5!

haha yeah the tax disc holder was put there in a rush and the sticky stuff is like No More Nails so it won't move now :) Thanks for the comments on the plate too, had it for years now! The MX5 is definitely good fun, roof down clowning around on the backroads!

Very different ways to have fun - 182 and MX5!

My mate has just bought a Mark 1 MX5, 84k miles, mechanically spot on but bodywork is a bit rough. Total - £900! We've been out for drives in both cars recently and although they offer very different types of driving fun, they're both very entertaining on country roads! Had a brief drive of...

I'm originally from Birstall and I think the guy with the black 182 posts on here - RJG on the plate? Might be another 182 in Birstall soon - me moving back in with the 'rents :(

    One thing after another!

I had a period a few weeks back that went something like this: Sunday - car gets impounded for a very dubious parking ticket outside my work on a Sunday afternoon. Cost - £360. Drove 2 miles home. Wednesday - the next drive, 1 mile to the Mot station. MoT fail, new exhaust and cat. 3 miles...

    RB 182 with stripes. M1 southbound about 3.15ish 8/11/09

Guilty! I was in a 50mph limit coma too then suddenly thought "that's an RB Clio!" I'd just come back from an afternoon blasting round the countryside!

    Another milestone reached.

After my confidence in the 70k miles disaster being a myth, the exhaust has dropped apart :)

Clio 182 - MOT fail - needs new Cat and Exhaust - Thoughts?

True but tbh postage wasn't that expensive and I don't have enough time off work to drive to Dorset anytime soon!

Non-boomy Clio 182 exhuast help [pwease]

Haha I don't sit at 70 very often though ;) Having read a few other reviews it sounds good to me. Bought it now anyway so it better do :)

Clio 182 - MOT fail - needs new Cat and Exhaust - Thoughts?

Nope mainly because I can't drive my MOT failure car lol. I am having it delivered tomorrow and fitted at David Drew.

Thanks for the info mate. I am looking at about the same cost for the SuperSport + cat from K-Tec all in.

Clio 182 - MOT fail - needs new Cat and Exhaust - Thoughts?

One last question (well until I think of another ;) ) is should I get the exhaust with mounts too? It seems when the standard exhaust drops apart, everything seems to go with it including the standard mounts.

Anyone in Nottingham area with a Milltek or Yozzasport 182?

Do you have or know of any decent vids of the supersport exhaust on a 182? Would love to hear it in real life, but everyone who has recommended it lives at opposite ends of the land :)

Clio 182 - MOT fail - needs new Cat and Exhaust - Thoughts?

I definitely do fancy the supersports version as everything I've read so far says it isn't much more intrusive on the motorway or in the city centre which is where sadly a lot of my driving happens! Plus it's cheaper :) PS does the Cliosport discount apply? ;)
