That is my thought. Just wondering though as I've done a good 300 miles + with the light on (mainly motorway) and haven't noticed any change to MPG or performance at any point in the rev range. However having had the light on for a week it would indicate something is up lol!

It's more raspy even without the de-cat. I've been transporting my mountain bike about a lot recently and with the back seats down you can hear the rasp even more! Glad I went for the supersport though - love the sound!

I decided against the de-cat in the end, but same exhaust. Doesn't sound too bad inside the car, hardly quiet though.

That is what I'm thinking. I don't have the original exhaust as it fell apart hence getting the stainless, but I'd imagine picking up a cheap Renault exhaust and selling the Janspeed separately would get me some more cash.

My 182 failed on emissions at 6 times over the legal limit. It was down to the exhaust being knackered in my case, but sometimes it can be a sensor issue. The engine management light came on in mine too.

Sounds ominous. I went to the garage today and got the light reset as he said it might be down to the new exhaust fitted last month. He had to mess about with the emissions light to get it through the emissions test initially. Had the light off for about half a mile and it's come straight back...

Saw 3 other RB 182s this morning! This one was near J30 of the M1 heading south, 54 plate with stripes and a Nurburgring sticker on the back. Looked really nice!
