i get along ok with t1-r's as an all round tyre. good price too from camskill. got x2 205/45/16 for £135 deliverd to my door the next day. then £10 to fit them :)

not easy to get hold of 16" track tyres due to it being a rare size for a track car. usually 15" or 17". if you are looking into doing a few track days a year i would look into getting a set of 15" oz f1's just for track, then your turini's for road.

good plan. weather is looking more suitable for it lately too :) you a phil know someone who is handy with a camera don't you?

standard wheels, rear lights, remove steering wheel cover thing and maybe a standard exhaust (or a smaller one). sorted. i really like ph1's pretty standard. they are great cars. looks like a chav has had hold of this one.

my brother has a ph1 172. i love driving it. simple and raw. i can see me swapping my ff182 for a low mile one sometime.

looks wrong on a car that isn't tracked or track looking or even fairly fast. sorry. just my opinion.

lol, the standard exhaust system is crap and will need replacing soon anyway i would think. they have a tendancy to get holes in them. could the exhaust not have stayed on until you got the 172 bumper? it looks aweful with those things stuck to the bumper. i just cant see the point in this at...

because 16" is an odd size for a track car, im not sure they make them in 16" due to being track tyres. try camskill for tyre sizes.
