with a little bit of playing about and packing the hangers my miltek is sitting perfect, sounds great and i wouldn't change it for another system. its not too loud at all but adds a much nicer sound to the standard car. does not give you a headache at all on motorways when fitted to a cat.

my rear discs were cracked in 3 places and still within the minimum thickness. i replaced them straight away, could be very dangerous.

if the standard tail pipes were sticking out too much you should have shortened the system. just cut a sleeve into the pipe work after the cat. imo those tips look horrible. and im not being childish or anything that you have said about people on here, its just a horrible looking modification...

yeah, which one? my undertray had cracked so i removed it. it was the undertray underneath the radiator. helps rad circulation. i need to replace mine sometime. £35 from renault iirc. need a trip to the scrapyard to see if i can get one. i guess non sport ones are different tho.

just remove the undertray. is it the front one that connects to the bumper or the one under the sump?

i heard of a place in birmingham iirc that is a drive in- drive out same dat powdercoating service. cant think of the name of the place tho. sounded very good service tho. £160 for 4 wheels, they even take you shopping in birmingham while you wait apparently.

thought of powdercoating them?
