bolt size depends on what size spacers you are going for. standard bolt length (24mm) + spacer width = wheel bolt length.
the other measurements you require on the bolts are m12 x 1.5 x 60 degree taper. m12 being the thickness (12mm) 1.5 being the gap (1.5mm) between each thread. and the bolt...
starting to look a bit better. those tips are/were hideous! what have you covered the cut-outs with?
just be carefull that the fumes dont melt/flake the bumper. those tips looked like they were aiming straight into it.
i have had both front and rear strut braces fitted. didn't seem to do anything at all imo. the only way to really stiffen it up is cage it but its not practical.
good work, however the strut brace is a waste of time and adds weight (imo). the bay looks as if it needs a colour scheme. thought about painting the brace or battery terminal cover?
in the last 5 months it ows me about £1010, not including petrol, insurance, tax etc.

hopefully don't need to spend much more on it this year. its taxed and insured as of last month which was another £740...
yeah it is normal that the fumes stink with a decat. i don't think they do any damage to the exhaust system, they may wear out baffles quicker due to more fumes but i wouldn't have thought so.
only reason i got rid of mine was that it gave me such a headache.
