Nice MoT history on this one

Maybe he's mistake it for the xenon leveller as @Amos91 said 😅

Just done a search, the 182 definitely doesn't have one. Fred at BTM confirmed on an old thread.

Sonax Perfect Finish on a yellow Rupes pad is a brilliant all round combo for 1 stage duties. You'll want to use it on slow speed on that considering the slowest it'll go is 2000rpm. Ideally want 1200-1500 max on a rotary for Sonax PF.

You've also got a free 18mm socket there it seems 😂

    Coolant dropping rapidly

That's the gearbox end cap, it's not that 😂 I would be looking at the coolant reservoir and the lines going into the heater matrix.

    The new steed (RB200)

Just different ways of measuring how much air is going into the engine. MAF measures air flow before the throttle body. MAP measures absolute pressure inside the intake manifold, in this case it's vacuum in an NA engine.

They may well already be pressed on yeah, in which case it's worth just double checking the spacing.

UCH removal / race car wiring.

No idea sorry 😅 However, if i was going that far with wiring, i would go standalone ecu and pdm.

When you remove the hub that the pulley bolts to, be careful not to bend it. Also need to get the spacing correct so that it doesn't misalign the belt like @RichValver said.

CS Gold What have I done wrong?

I have a figure of 20-30Nm in my head. But what you've done with the impact gun is the same as what I'd do.

CS Gold What have I done wrong?

105! That seems high for a fine threaded nut like that 😅 Where was that figure from? It's only to hold the top mount on really, for when you take the strut off. The weight of the car holds everything tight.

I've got these from a local electrical supplies place. https://hilltop-products.co.uk/professional-crimping-tool-for-pre-insulated-terminals-ct15.html

CS Gold What have I done wrong?

Hope you've ordered one that goes to 300, as you'll need that when doing front hub nuts (280) 😅

CS Gold What have I done wrong?

How did you loosen them? If it was with the gun then it will be more than enough to tighten them with.
