The 16v and williams are both lighter in wieght then the 19. Consequently power to wieght ratio is more therefore it quicker all round.
I cant confirm the exact stats though.

The touring cars were great and those champ cars were doing a lap of brands in 37 seconds:o about 10 secs quicker than F1.

I did go last week as well to drive the caterham 7! but i got tickets for tomorrow as well for the champ cars..............they do a lap in around 36 seconds. much quicker than F1!!
Well i find thats the best pressure for good take off from standstill and and good performance top end as well.
I do have willy wheels on my 16v anyway but the 16v speedlines are identicle in isze
Well this is the situation..............i have been to look at a couple of Williamss and gotta say i wasnt impressed.
Mainly in the condition of them. No where as good as mine. Also the performance doesnt seem to be noticeable.

Id becareful doing renualt track days if their attitude is this. Do they register evry car before going on to the track?

It was a 1.8 engine. So it didnt hang about. Coming out of the corners in 4th was amazing, just floored it and the thing just picked up speed so quickly. Give nick turbo mobile a run for its money lol
