not sure to be honest if thats normal, i have taken the reading from the speedo so there maybe some accuracy issues there as most speedos can be slightly out.
But thats what it says when im coming out of 2nd into 3rd. works well at a nice warm temp.
15.9seconds 1/4mile and...
It was white with a twin exit at the rear. didnt look in that great condition to be honest but it didnt stop him trying to race me.
I really did cain it past him. i was fairly surprised.
It was lowered and looked pretty sporty so i gather it was the 160bhp version. Maybe it was shagged cos i pushed him down the dual carragway faily convincingly.
Youde think 160bhp would be a fairly good match.
came up behind one of these today. He saw me and put his foot down i cought up and then we had a rounderbout. Coming off the rounderbout he floored it, i was a second late in my reaction and fell behind slightly. Hit the powerband in 2nd and i was on his arse instantly he changed into 3rd and i...
I personally think a valver over 70k as long as its been looked after is a better buy just because most of the things that can go wrong with a 16v like a gearbox/steering rack/other wear & tear happen earlier or slightly later than 80k. Not saying this of all 16vs but for the majority this is...

I took my car to ATS recently and one of the mechanics tried to drive it...... he stalled it about 5 times and sid the clutch was extremely heavy.
however it does have its benefits so yuo can pull away quickly.

To be honest i do prefer a standard bonnet. But that front spoiler looks cool and im sure the interior looks lush.
Ps. why do people advertise someones business on sunstrips? dont get it?
When i got my steering rack changed the difference was unbelievable. Well worth it.
Make sure you get original Renualt part. Just over £100 for the part.
I find if i dump the clutch as 4k it give to much wheel spin. I normally hover around 3k so when i dump the clutch its just before the powerband, so once the grip is sorted, powerband cuts in and off i go to 7.1s to 60.
"I tweeked the dizzy cap on my 16V last night, now i have 170bhp!!! i only had 150 before......the dizzy has 4 points and is made of plastic....i also have 4 extre grounding wires.......anybody want me to do the conversion, 500 quid...and ill give youa printout off my computer!"
