Currently the wheels don't suit the lows it has, the splitter being CC'd looks a bit odd too. The exhaust is a bit overkill, the plates should be done in a legal font and smaller plates would look good. A dynamique spoiler wouldn't go a mis either just to finish the rear end off and a sport...

Your camera shouldnt be in device manager and you should be required to enter the camera's IP address inside the software in order to access it as it is IP based and not physically connected to your PC, i am assuming you connect it via a switch to your pc

I am not sure that the gpu is the problem here, certainly an upgrade is a good idea i am just not convinced it will fix everything
