I am afraid to say it is actually a terrible bit of kit, constantly crashing, lots of bugs in the OS and features that cause the router to fail. It also lacks some of the features my 3 year old netgear router has.
You try speccing a whole pc for less than £500, not just the basic components. Dual core is all that is required for gaming, fact. That i3 is a very good processor only 4 fps behind a 2500k in cyrsis proven here.
8GB of RAM, who needs that much games use 4GB maximum.

anyway i would not reccomend water cooling at all, there is just too much to go wrong
For a CPU cooler look at benchmarks, alot of them are rubbish and no better than stock.

I think saying any 600w isn't a good idea either, you need to get a good quality PSU cheap 600w ones will be 600w peak wheras expensive ones will be 600w consistently, look for...
i just made it up, i would be very careful using an old power supply, remember all of your expensive components are connected to it so if it fails your whole computer may well be also destroyed.
