Unless you're going for the euro look, a bit on the small side I'd say.

Reading through the forums, 40mm is the recommended max on standard shocks.
The other argument is that coilovers are made for those drops, whereas standard shocks aren't. The ride will no doubt be a bit harder, but they should last longer than standard shocks/ lowering springs combo.
Ok. I'm replacing my stock suspension with coilovers and thinking of AP's.
Have read a lot about camber issues on here though. How did you get round yours?
Is it just the fronts you need, and do the 172/182 ones definitely fit?
Demon Tweeks sell them for less that K-tec it would seem:

Not done a great deal to her yet, but enough to make driving a little more pleasurable....

Do a search in here for alloys on Mk3 clios. In fact, check out here for ideas: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?359285-show-us-your-mk3-s&highlight=mk3+alloy
I've got Megane Nervasports (17") on mine now. Picked up a set on eBay for £100, got them...
So stupid question time.
I have a Mk3 with 20mm spacers (FK B Centric from Venom), and will probably end up taking wheels on and off from time to time.
What sort of thing would I need to convert to studs and nuts?
It's been a while since I had that used on me! Hehe.
Looks like it was a good meet though dude. :)
(Off topic - if you know any good driving roads up your way, I'm off for a week on Loch Ness in June!)
