Better but a a lot more involved.
Just whack some Osram Nightbreakers into the standard lamps....unless OP is going for the "straight outta 2000" look, in which case velcro some LEDs to the grille and call them DRLs
Ah right, yeah, not worth wasting premium road-rubber on that then. You may not have a world of torque but track use will soon grain up and cripple Eagles.
If you're determined to make a rolling embarrasment of your car, you're on the right track.
Don't forget to hang a cabbage patch doll from your rear tow-eye
Isn't that just a quick way to screw the fuelling? You wont want to run over-lean for too long.
I'm struggling to get why you're reluctant to get the map done though. If you're planning on bolting on more go-faster bits then fair enough, no sense yet.
Keep all the OEM speakers. Just replace the headunit and buy a small powered sub.
Changing the front components is an option, but unless you start wiring in amps (for extra £) then it's not going to be a massive improvement.
A set of cheap, old 6x9 speakers mounted in a rattly OEM parcel shelf...
1) yes it will
2) pretty sure that only a map wlll fix it...other than removing that bulb from the dash or putting tape over it.
realistically, if you're going to decat, then you'd really need a remap anyway else it'd be 99% a waste of effort
It's a 12-yr old shopping-Clio.
If the worst damage it's got is that, then it's possibly the most immaculate in the world.
To that end, also, getting a pro-job done to fix it to factory-standard will cost more than the value of the car.
Get the polish out, you'll be fine :)
