Get the alignment checked first, see if the garage is willing to do it for free based on the premise that if anything is bent, you'll be back to have it done and paid for. Doing it by eye always looks right but very rarely is it even close to being right in my experience.

I suppose the heat from welding must burn off some of the chromium layer, so it eventually rusts. Definitely better than OEM.

You'd assume the hangers being stainless, that the nuts would be stainless too and Tig welded with a stainless wire.

I'm guessing you've evened the belt tension out first by leaving the pulleys loose and spinning them round a few times?

P0120 is throttle pedal circuit right? Usually a wiring issue 99% of the time, but if everything is good like you've checked, it's worth trying the spare pedal.

Worth checking the engine bay fuse box too, seeing as you were round that area.

Ahh right. Seems weird how you'd want it valved for a higher/lower rate than the spring you're trying to dampen. Like you say, they're good for a couple kg either side anyway as standard.

They eat batteries from what I've seen. Will do a 6ah on 4 really low tyres I believe. Comes out top in all the tests I've seen though.

Not sure what you mean by 10/10 valving. The valving isn't adjustable it comes set for whichever spring rate you order.

Try activating auto lights by having the ignition on position one and then turn the sidelights on off, on off in fairly quick succession. You should hear a beep to confirm it's been done.

Trade version of Polar Seal then, I thought it might be. PS is good from what I've seen, so it should be equally as good if not slightly better.

How do you apply it? Is it just the trade version of Polar Seal?
