So just to be clear, did the car start with the old loom? and now it doesn't start with the new loom?

It's probably something in the dash loom by the sound of it.

Keep the chuck lubed inside every now and then with some light oil/WD40.

Yeah i actually only used half of the foam lance bottle, like you say. Just seemed excessive, but i did as they said and measured how much mine discharges and it was 12L.

That's 1% based on my lance flow. Does that still have decent cleaning power?

BH Auto Foam. Tried it today, bloody hell 480ml needed based on 4% PIR :oops: What does everyone else use?

Already used a 500ml mix of the light blue/older one. Mixed at 1:9 with di-ionised water and it's been fine. The ready mixed Wet Coat is close to 1:8 apparently and i have had one occasion of that spotting but i put that down to me, it was slightly warm and i sprayed the whole car before...

😂 So going off that sheet, 1mm is about 9' on a 15" wheel. Factory is 12'. So mine must be 2mm total as it's definitely more than factory.
